Student loans are still your baby. Even after the bankruptcy. The reason for this is that people do not file in British Columbia Graduate School awarded her student loans and bankruptcy would be on his record seven years and BAM, you're good to go will be even younger.

The bankruptcy does not exempt you from student debt. The only way to forgive student loans is that if you die or be permanently disabled. See http://studentaid.ed.gov/PORTALSWebApp/students/english/repaying.jsp?tab=repaying
