Not true. Shave when he is most comfortable for them. No big deal really.
The myth is that the hair is thicker if you shave is growing, but it is also true - the hair at an angle provides that thick-cut, but not modify the structure of the hair .. it would be impossible.
It is an old women's history. Most of my friends that catch their girls to shave their legs for 12 years.
BTW, I recommend the Schick Quattro to prevent nicks and cuts, but actually a smooth shave with Aveeno Shave Gel for sensitive skin.
