From the top of my head I can think of certain autoimmune diseases such as Crohn's disease to (attacks the intestines), multiple sclerosis (affects the central nervous system), lupus (affecting) a number of organs, the rheumatoid arthritis (in particular) impact on the joints.
Allergies and asthma disorders are also associated with the immune system.
