Huge Bug Bite - Hot, Red, Swollen - Should I Be Worried? - elbow swollen and hot

I have an insect bite at the elbow, so that if I my arm starts to itch. It is swollen, hot, red and light. I feel the stretching of the skin to swell, if I move my arm. My elbow is almost entirely in red and hot. Another bite of her, but that seems to be a simple mosquito bite normal.
